I have been working in the field of moviemaking for forty years and I am one of the first who brought filming in Naples.
I have found out I loved this job starting as a background actor and now I am an executive producer. I chose to follow my passion… since than I have never regret it!!!
I believe a lot in teamwork, I like sharing and to motivate the team I work with… I think this is exactly the key to our success!
The passion for filming started to gain the upper hand when as a young man, as soon as I finished studying, I went to visit my father’s working movie set and now I have been making movie for twenty-five years becoming an executive producer.
My biggest flaw? I am a lot meticulous…
The thing I hate the most? Superficiality!!!
A practice I cannot give up doing is enjoying a coffe at the bar.

Hello everybody, let me introduce myself: my name is Alessia but… everybody calls me Ale!!
As a part of a family that has aways lived on working movie set, it has been easy for me to fall in love with this job. I have hold a lot of positions in the field of moviemaking (group leader, casting, coordinator and location manager etc.) to understand which one I liked the most… in the end I have found out I like anything!!!
I love discovering peculiar places and suggest them for new projects!! I like going to the cinema and smell the unique aroma of the theater…
I am very loyal and I don’t like people who don’t look you in the eyes!!! I have some flaws but… It is useless to list them!
